Parent Portal vs. Student Portal
The parent portal provides the same view as the student portal, but for your child's account. You can see everything your child sees—progress, attendance, classes, and achievements—allowing you to stay informed and support their training journey.

To access the parent portal, you need:
- ✓Parent account created by the club owner or instructor
- ✓Linked to at least one student (your child must be enrolled in the club)

Your club's owner or instructor will create your parent account and link it to your child's student profile. You'll receive an invitation email with instructions to set up your password and access the portal.

4. Accessing the Parent Portal

Your club owner or instructor will send you an invitation email to create your parent account.

- 2.Click the "Accept Invitation" button in the email
- 3.You'll be redirected to the DojoMaster registration page
Check Your Spam Folder
If you don't see the invitation email within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder. Add the sender to your contacts to ensure future emails arrive in your inbox.
Step 2: Create Your Account
Set up your parent account with a secure password.
- 1.Enter your email address (pre-filled from the invitation)
- 2.Create a strong password (minimum 8 characters, include letters and numbers)
- 3.Confirm your password by entering it again
- 4.Click "Create Account" to complete registration
Step 3: Sign In to the Portal
After creating your account, sign in to access your child's information.
- 1.Go to your club's DojoMaster URL (provided by your club owner)
- 2.Click "Sign In" in the top right corner
- 3.Enter your email address and password
